{"id":98544,"date":"2026-07-14T05:33:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T03:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=98544"},"modified":"2026-07-14T05:33:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T03:33:42","slug":"le-gouvernement-sengage-a-apurer-les-dettes-du-dcmp-pour-relancer-le-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=98544","title":{"rendered":"Le Gouvernement s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 apurer les dettes du DCMP pour relancer le club"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de venir en aide au Daring Club Motema Pembe (DCMP) afin de mettre un terme aux cr\u00e9ances qui ont lourdement p\u00e9nalis\u00e9 ce club historique de Kinshasa et entra\u00een\u00e9 de graves cons\u00e9quences sportives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;initiative du ministre des Sports et Loisirs, Me Didier Budimbu, le Gouvernement a donn\u00e9 une suite favorable \u00e0 la demande d&rsquo;apurement des dettes du club. Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e comme un v\u00e9ritable soulagement par le patriarche et fondateur du DCMP, Jonas Mukamba, re\u00e7u en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate par le ministre avant une r\u00e9union \u00e9largie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rencontre a r\u00e9uni les membres du Conseil d&rsquo;administration du DCMP, le ministre provincial des Sports, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral aux Sports, le premier vice-pr\u00e9sident de la <strong>FECOFA<\/strong> ainsi que les membres du cabinet du ministre. \u00c0 cette occasion, Me Didier Budimbu a annonc\u00e9 que le Gouvernement mettrait \u00e0 disposition les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour permettre le r\u00e8glement des cr\u00e9ances du club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-1024x681.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-98546\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5036695933603486;width:701px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-1024x681.png 1024w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-585x389.png 585w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39-263x175.png 263w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/image-39.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus, une mission sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration congolaise de football association (FECOFA), charg\u00e9e d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;interface avec la FIFA en vue de finaliser les proc\u00e9dures administratives et financi\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;apurement des dettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette initiative vise \u00e0 permettre au DCMP de tourner la page d&rsquo;une crise financi\u00e8re qui a fortement affect\u00e9 son fonctionnement.
