{"id":99374,"date":"2026-08-07T10:43:31","date_gmt":"2026-08-07T08:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=99374"},"modified":"2026-08-07T10:43:33","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T08:43:33","slug":"affaire-rebo-tchulo-le-ministere-public-requiert-14-mois-de-prison-contre-la-chanteuse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=99374","title":{"rendered":"Affaire Rebo Tchulo : le minist\u00e8re public requiert 14 mois de prison contre la chanteuse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re public a requis une peine de <strong>14 mois de servitude p\u00e9nale principale<\/strong> contre la chanteuse congolaise <strong>Tshimpaka Mulanga Deborah<\/strong>, plus connue sous son nom d&rsquo;artiste <strong>Rebo Tchulo<\/strong>, lors de son r\u00e9quisitoire devant le <strong>Tribunal militaire de garnison de Kinshasa\/Ngaliema<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre cette peine d&#8217;emprisonnement, le parquet militaire a demand\u00e9 la condamnation de la pr\u00e9venue au paiement des frais d&rsquo;instance, dont le montant sera fix\u00e9 par le greffier. En cas de non-paiement dans le d\u00e9lai l\u00e9gal, une contrainte par corps de six mois pourrait \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le minist\u00e8re public s&rsquo;est \u00e9galement prononc\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;action civile introduite par la partie requ\u00e9rante, sollicitant du tribunal qu&rsquo;elle soit d\u00e9clar\u00e9e recevable et fond\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la loi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette affaire trouve son origine dans les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du <strong>19 avril 2026<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s la diffusion sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o devenue virale montrant un homme violemment fouett\u00e9 par des militaires dans une parcelle de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette vid\u00e9o, Rebo Tchulo apparaissait sur les lieux au moment des faits, suscitant une vive \u00e9motion au sein de l&rsquo;opinion publique. Selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du dossier, la victime \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme un pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 voleur accus\u00e9 d&rsquo;avoir d\u00e9rob\u00e9 un bien appartenant \u00e0 la chanteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis la diffusion de ces images, l&rsquo;affaire a raviv\u00e9 le d\u00e9bat sur le recours \u00e0 la justice priv\u00e9e, les traitements inhumains et le respect des droits fondamentaux. Plusieurs organisations de d\u00e9fense des droits humains avaient d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les violences inflig\u00e9es \u00e0 la victime et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que toutes les responsabilit\u00e9s soient \u00e9tablies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9quisitions du minist\u00e8re public ne constituent toutefois pas une condamnation d\u00e9finitive.
