L\u2019annonce vient compl\u00e9ter la campagne diplomatique lanc\u00e9e le 13 juillet par le secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat am\u00e9ricain Marco Rubio, incitant les \u00c9tats membres de la Cour \u00e0 s\u2019en retirer. Deux pays, le Venezuela et le Tchad, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi l\u2019appel de Washington. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le programme de sanctions contre la Cour, r\u00e9activ\u00e9 avec l\u2019investiture de Donald Trump en 2025, se poursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ls sont d\u00e9sormais 13 magistrats de la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale \u00e0 \u00eatre cibl\u00e9s par des sanctions am\u00e9ricaines. Elles visent cette fois la pr\u00e9sidente de la Cour, la juge japonaise Tomoko Akane, et le S\u00e9n\u00e9galais Abdoulaye Seye, l\u2019un des responsables du dossier sur la Palestine, qui a abouti aux mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat contre deux responsables isra\u00e9liens, dont <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/tag\/benyamin-netanyahu\/\">Benyamin Netanyahu<\/a>,<\/strong> explique notre correspondante \u00e0 La Haye, <strong>St\u00e9phanie Maupas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour a r\u00e9agi, mercredi, estimant que \u00ab<em> lorsque les acteurs judiciaires sont menac\u00e9s pour avoir appliqu\u00e9 la loi, c\u2019est l\u2019ordre juridique international lui-m\u00eame qui est mis en p\u00e9ril <\/em>\u00bb,&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icc-cpi.int\/news\/icc-strongly-rejects-new-us-sanctions-designations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a-t-elle dit dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-washington-accuse-la-cpi-d-etre-une-menace\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Washington accuse la CPI d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00ab<em> une menace <\/em>\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En annon\u00e7ant les sanctions, le secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat am\u00e9ricain a de nouveau accus\u00e9 la CPI d\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab <em>une menace pour notre souverainet\u00e9 nationale <\/em>\u00bb. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/tag\/marco-rubio\/\">Marco Rubio<\/a> <\/strong>assure que \u00ab <em>les Am\u00e9ricains ne seront jamais transport\u00e9s au-del\u00e0 des mers pour \u00eatre jug\u00e9s pour des infractions fictives <\/em>\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceux sanctionn\u00e9s sont interdits de visa et de transactions avec des entreprises li\u00e9es aux<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rfi.fr\/fr\/tag\/%C3%A9tats-unis\/\">\u00c9tats-Unis<\/a>, <\/strong>dont notamment les banques ou les services internet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les organisations et ressortissants am\u00e9ricains qui aident, coop\u00e8rent, travaillent avec des personnes sous sanctions risquent une peine de 20 ans de prison et 1 million de dollars d\u2019amende.
