La Kamoto Copper Company (KCC) et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale sont parvenues \u00e0 un nouvel accord collectif<\/strong>, marquant une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans les relations entre l\u2019entreprise et ses travailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 travers cet accord, KCC r\u00e9affirme sa volont\u00e9 de placer ses employ\u00e9s au c\u0153ur de sa strat\u00e9gie et de renforcer les m\u00e9canismes de dialogue social au sein de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 met notamment en avant les principes d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, de respect, de dialogue social et de responsabilit\u00e9 dans les pratiques d\u2019emploi<\/strong>, en conformit\u00e9 avec les principes du droit du travail et les engagements pris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de son personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
